ICT Support Engineer - Serviceware & Apprenticeship (m/f/d)

Role:
With ROCKEN® you find employers who seek IT specialists with passion. For our partner, we are looking for an ICT Support Engineer who acts as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and at the same time supports young talents in platform development.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for external customers in the area of Serviceware platform
Support with customer enquiries, troubleshooting and documentation
Planning and conducting trial apprenticeships in the area of platform development
Training and coaching of apprentices in ICT
Co-design and optimisation of service processes in IT support
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent education
Experience in IT support and enjoyment of customer contact
Pedagogical skills and enthusiasm for training apprentices
High service orientation, team spirit and enthusiasm for new technologies
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
Tech stack: Serviceware platform, ICT support, Microsoft, apprenticeship
