Responsibilities:
You prepare quotations and price calculations for standard and special products.
Handling international customer enquiries and supporting the field service are part of your daily business.
You coordinate all steps of order processing from entry to invoicing.
In case of schedule deviations, you coordinate with the responsible internal departments.
You organise the exchange of information between sales, production, procurement and logistics.
For customer projects, you prepare commercial documents and order-related documentation.
You support international business partners with administrative and delivery-related matters.
You review existing processes in export and internal sales and support their further development.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable basic education.
Experience in international business and operational export processing is an advantage.
You are familiar with Incoterms and customs formalities.
You quickly understand technical products and their commercial requirements.
You have good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
A structured, reliable working style and strong customer orientation characterise you; industry knowledge in district heating is an advantage.
Your German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently in writing and speaking.
French or Italian skills are welcome.
