• Telephone handling of customer enquiries related to payment default in German, French, English and Italian
• Collection of outstanding claims (dunning)
• Close cooperation with internal and external partners
• Execution of card blocks and unblocks as well as triggering card replacements
• Clarification of transactions with regard to possible fraud cases

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with several years of experience in a call centre or in risk management (pre-collection, credit checks, fraud department), preferably in the credit card environment
• Fluent German skills, very good English and French skills in spoken and written form required, Italian an advantage
• Good understanding of Swiss German is essential 
• Confident, convincing telephone manner and ability to find the right arguments even in demanding situations
• Flexible, precise and independent working style combined with quick comprehension and high quality awareness
• Resilient, team-oriented and analytical thinking
• Confident handling of MS Office
