Accountant

As an accountant within the Department of Agriculture, Climate, Sustainability and Digital, you will work closely with the finance manager and contribute to the smooth financial operation of the service. You will notably ensure the management and monitoring of accounting operations in compliance with cantonal standards.

• Manage accounting operations in accordance with cantonal standards for the service
• Ensure the monitoring of general accounting, budget tracking of financial commitments, and the accounting processes of the service
• Perform the closing and balancing of the service's accounts
• Manage the service's finances in general

• Commercial employee qualification at CFC level
• Additional training in accounting
• Experience in an accounting position
• Strong interest in accounting and improving work processes
• Proficiency in Excel
