Salary - CHF85,800 - 97,500Our client is an established Swiss company with an international focus. The emphasis is on high-quality products, reliable services, and long-term cooperation with customers and business partners.
Role:
Do you enjoy customer contact and keep an overview even with numerous orders? In this versatile position, you combine the support of business customers and private individuals with commercial order processing. You are an important contact person in internal sales and, together with the internal specialist departments, ensure reliable customer service.
Responsibilities:
You organise the collaboration between sales partners and internal departments.
You prepare invoices and order documents and keep an eye on agreed delivery dates.
You handle customer enquiries and complaints and assist in resolving open issues.
You accompany customer orders through various sales channels and ensure their reliable processing.
You maintain existing dealer relationships and support your business partners with questions about products and orders.
You compile the necessary shipping and export documents for international goods deliveries.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a technical basic education with commercial further training.
Ideally, you have initial professional experience in internal sales, order processing, or foreign trade.
You are familiar with common MS Office applications and quickly find your way around new digital systems.
You convince through teamwork, communication skills, initiative, and a structured, reliable, and customer-oriented working style and keep an overview even in busy situations.
You have good German and English skills and additionally good Italian or Spanish skills.
