Occupational Safety Specialist (M/F) - Neuchâtel / Cressier Region

Your mission

• Ensure the promotion and respect of the safety culture on site.
• Conduct audits, inspections and field visits.
• Identify risks and implement appropriate preventive actions.
• Participate in the analysis of incidents, accidents and near-misses.
• Support operational teams and subcontractors on HSE matters.
• Lead safety training and awareness sessions.
• Participate in risk analyses (JSA, HAZOP, work permits, high-risk work).
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards regarding occupational safety.
• Monitor HSE indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety performance.

Your profile

• Technical training (CFC, BTS, HES or equivalent).
• Specialised training in occupational safety, HSE or CFST is a real asset.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in industrial, chemical, petrochemical or energy sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of SUVA regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Experience in managing work permits and high-risk interventions.
• Comfortable on site with good communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, rigour and autonomy.
• Fluent in French, technical English appreciated.
