Role:
As a Specialist Import & Export (m/f/d), you are responsible for international customs and trade processes and optimise logistics workflows together with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for import and export processes and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
You are the contact person for customs queries and handle customs-related clarifications.
You coordinate customs clearance and support audits as well as compliance matters.
You contribute to the further development and optimisation of customs processes.
You monitor logistics workflows, coordinate transports, and resolve discrepancies.
You support logistics audits and process improvements in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in logistics and possess suitable further education with a federal specialist certificate or an equivalent qualification.
You have at least three years of experience in logistics.
You are familiar with customs processes, import and export procedures, and the relevant regulations.
You have good IT skills and experience with ERP systems as well as relevant specialised applications.
You speak German at C1 and English at B2 level; French skills at B1 level are an advantage.
You are willing to travel about 10%. A valid driving licence is available.
