Role:
A demanding position in the field of ICT Infrastructure & Virtualisation offers the opportunity to technically shape a modern IT platform. We are looking for a specialist with broad infrastructure know-how who takes responsibility both in operational business and in architecture and development tasks.
The focus is on Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Storage, Virtualisation and Citrix. At the same time, the role offers room to participate in IT projects, define technical standards and continuously optimise the existing infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and technical support of infrastructure projects as well as new IT services
Ensuring the operation of Windows Servers, Hyper-V platforms and Active Directory services
Support and further development of the storage infrastructure as well as the Cisco UCS environment
Administration, optimisation and expansion of the Citrix-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Investigation and resolution of faults as well as implementation of sustainable improvement measures
Development of architectural guidelines, standards and documented solutions for the responsible infrastructure area
Qualifications:
IT qualification at EFZ/HF level or completed Bachelor/Master degree in computer science
Knowledge or practical experience in leading projects or subprojects
Very good experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and ADFS
Solid know-how in NetApp Storage, Cisco UCS as well as Hyper-V and Citrix virtualisation
Analytical and structured personality with independent and solution-oriented working style
Confident German as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
