Senior IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Plan, implement and monitor system architectures as well as further develop technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Manage the Microsoft 365 environment for the DACH region and France, especially Entra ID, Teams and SharePoint, and automate administrative processes with PowerShell.
Ensure the installation, configuration and maintenance of notebooks, thin clients and mobile devices as well as provide technical support at 1st, 2nd and 3rd level for local and cloud-based systems.
Be responsible for the operation of the Citrix environment, accompany the migration to Azure Virtual Desktop and package and provide RemoteApps.
Develop and implement rollout concepts for operating systems and applications with Microsoft Intune as well as document technical solutions and requirements for IT infrastructure and software.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with appropriate further education, for example as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT system and network technician with a professional certificate or with a degree at HF level.
Several years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, especially with PowerShell, as well as sound knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and RemoteApps.
Practical experience in firewall and network management, ideally with SonicWall, as well as knowledge of physical network cabling.
Experience with service desk and ticketing systems is an advantage; an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style is expected.
Good German and English skills as well as basic French skills; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter.
