Clerk Internal Sales & Export (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 91,000For a successful Swiss manufacturing company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company has extensive know-how in the development and production of high-quality precision products and serves customers in various international markets. Role:
To further expand the export department, an additional specialist is sought who independently manages international orders and gladly takes responsibility for their complete processing. The position combines customer contact, export administration, and international transport coordination, offering a varied range of tasks. The role is particularly interesting for people who, in addition to classic export processing, also seek contact with permits and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate international deliveries and liaise with freight forwarders, customers, authorities, and internal departments
You independently process customer orders and quotations from entry to successful completion
You prepare and check export, customs, and shipping documents for international shipments
You apply for necessary export permits and ensure complete documentation
You monitor delivery dates and continuously keep track of the status of ongoing orders
You support international customers and business partners with order- and export-related queries
Qualifications:
Several years or solid professional experience in international export and order processing
Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in export or foreign trade
Good knowledge of customs, shipping, and export documentation
Experience with export permits or goods requiring permits is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
Independent, structured, and careful working style with a high sense of responsibility
Enjoy working with international customers, freight forwarders, and other business partners
