About the job
On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Nyon agency is looking for a:
Wood Construction Project Manager
- Have a basic training with a CFC as a carpenter or equivalent
- Advanced training as a foreman, technician or wood engineer
- You have at least 3 years of proven professional experience
- Be comfortable with computer tools (Cadwork, office software, etc.)
- You are organised, committed, autonomous and precise
- You have an entrepreneurial personality focused on the "client" while taking into account the challenges of the entire company
- You will hold the position of project manager, with the main responsibility of project follow-up
- You will be in constant contact with the works management and will prepare execution plans, as well as order materials, all while respecting budgets.
- You will also be responsible for the preparation of technical, production and installation files.
- Finally, you will coordinate manufacturing and installation with the implementation manager, then finish with the quality control of the completed work.
