Senior Property Accountant Rental Properties & Condominium Ownership (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounting for rental properties and condominium ownership
You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements as well as annual accounts and financial statements
You take on the system administration of the ImmoTop2 software
You handle payment transactions and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
You ensure the dunning and debt collection processes
You are the contact person for clients and owners and work closely with the property management team
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or equivalent education
You bring professional experience in the real estate sector as well as in real estate accounting
You have an affinity for numbers and are proficient in MS Office 365
You have knowledge of the accounting software W&W ImmoTop2
You communicate well in German and English
