Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge where you can combine your technical knowledge with your enjoyment of customer contact? As a technical sales & export administrator, you will support business partners, coordinate customer orders, and ensure reliable sales and export processing.
Responsibilities:
You advise customers and trading partners on questions regarding technical products and support them in daily business.
You handle the commercial processing of spare parts orders, including invoicing.
You clarify technical issues and ensure appropriate coordination with the responsible specialist departments.
You keep track of ongoing customer orders and open offers and take care of their further processing.
You ensure up-to-date customer and material data in the internal systems.
You support the preparation and implementation of sales campaigns.
You coordinate international shipping and ensure the correct provision of the required customs and delivery documents.
Qualifications:
You have proven experience in sales and ideally are familiar with the technical environment.
You have completed a basic technical education; commercial further training is an advantage.
You are characterised by technical understanding, customer orientation, and an organised way of working.
You enjoy working in a team and impress with your service-oriented personality.
You have very good German and good French skills; English skills are an advantage.
