Design, implementation, and further development of modern Microsoft and cloud infrastructures with Azure, M365, and Windows Server
Operation and optimisation of hybrid on-premises and cloud environments including VMware, Hyper-V, storage, network, and security
Technical leadership of demanding IT infrastructure projects from architecture to implementation
Building and automating Azure platforms and infrastructure services as well as continuous optimisation of processes and architectures
Conducting technical workshops and close collaboration with DevOps, SecOps, application management, and development
Qualifications:
Completed IT education or comparable qualification with at least 5 years of experience in cloud or system engineering
Solid knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and IT security
Experience with hybrid infrastructures, especially VMware, Hyper-V, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, VPN, and firewalls
Strong interest in cloud technologies, automation, and digital transformation as well as an independent and responsible working style
Very good German and English skills; advanced IT training or relevant certifications are an advantage
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
