What to expect

• Checking and processing claims as well as recognising irregularities and initiating measures
• Telephone communication with insured persons and companies
• Collaboration with the KTG/UVG support team, case management, internal specialist management, service providers, IV offices and other stakeholders
• Accompanying and supporting the management consultancy during customer visits as well as conducting case discussions with major customers on site

What you bring

• Commercial or paramedical vocational training
• Practical experience in benefits customer service or in the medical field desirable
• Confident German in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages such as English, French and/or Italian an advantage
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking as well as reliable and independent working style
• Strong social skills with a lot of empathy as well as a solution-oriented and pragmatic attitude, even in demanding situations
