"Equipment & Technology Services Switzerland (ETS) is Implenia Switzerland's internal partner for expertise and services in the fields of machinery, equipment, site installations, logistics, depots and certain specialised technical services. With several sites across Switzerland, ETS provides operational units with the necessary resources, infrastructure and services in an efficient, safe and economically effective manner.
The offered position is a regional leadership and management role with significant operational, economic and strategic responsibilities. As a member of the ETS Switzerland management team, the post holder actively contributes to the development of the regional organisation and plays a key role in the success of ETS Switzerland.

At Implenia, Equipment & Technology Services (ETS) provides the group’s operational units with the machinery, equipment, infrastructure and service provisions necessary for the delivery of efficient and sustainable construction projects. To continue developing our organisation in Romandy, we are looking for a Regional Manager Romandy who will actively contribute to the operational performance and strategic development of ETS at the national level.
You will achieve- You take overall responsibility for the ETS organisation in Romandy and ensure the operational, economic and organisational performance of several regional sites.
- You ensure the optimal, safe and cost-effective provision of machinery, equipment, containers, vehicles and services for the benefit of operational units.
- You manage the budget, investments, resources and financial results of the region using relevant performance indicators.
- You lead and develop depot managers and key teams, fostering a culture of responsibility, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- You optimise logistics processes, material flows, stock management and transport capacities to increase regional efficiency.
- You actively contribute to transformation and digitalisation projects, notably the introduction and sustainable anchoring of the future ERP ETM.next.
- You steer the strategic development of sites, infrastructure and regional investments while ensuring sustainable depot operations.
- As a member of the ETS Switzerland Management, you participate in the development and implementation of the national strategy and represent the interests of Romandy with various stakeholders.
- Higher education (technical college, university of applied sciences or university) in a technical, logistics, economic or construction-related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with full responsibility for an operational unit, its budget and results.
- Demonstrated success in managing executives and leading multi-site organisations within technical, industrial or logistics environments.
- Excellent understanding of economic issues, investment management, financial control and management by indicators.
- Experience in process optimisation, change management, organisational development and transformation projects.
- Strong affinity with information systems, ERP tools and data-driven performance management.
- Fluent French (minimum C1) and very good German (minimum B2); English is an advantage.
- Natural leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility and excellent ability to unite teams in a national and multilingual environment.
