Finance Team Leader (m/f/d)

You independently manage monthly and annual financial statements for company accounting according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and IFRS
You manage subsidiary ledgers for creditors, debtors, and assets
You prepare reports
You prepare tax returns and handle VAT accounting
You update and ensure compliance with the internal control system (ICS)
You prepare the annual budget
You lead employees both professionally and organisationally
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
You are confident in balance sheet and financial statement preparation according to OR
You have leadership experience
You have good MS Office skills
You communicate well in German and English
