Project Manager Heating Technology (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- You take on the technical and commercial management of demanding projects from the tender phase to handover.
- In this role, you plan, schedule and control materials, deadlines and quality on the construction site.
- You coordinate your installation teams, lead employees and support recruitment and development.
- As a project manager, you look after customers, conduct negotiations with partners and maintain a professional network.
- You ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and regulations, especially regarding safety and health protection.
- You control the budget and target achievement of your projects and represent the company at industry-specific events.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training as a heating or sanitary installer or building services planner, plus at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Ideally, you hold a federal specialist certificate or are willing to obtain it promptly
- Your ability to motivate employees and lead assertively distinguishes you
- You work independently, efficiently and goal-oriented
- Customer-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial action are among your strengths
- You are proficient with MS Office and impress with polished manners
