Responsibilities:
You design and implement IT solutions in the cloud and on-site - from planning to execution.
You integrate network technology, Microsoft 365 and modern communication (e.g. telephone systems) and use them practically.
You reliably resolve complex faults in extended support (2nd & 3rd level).
You develop security policies and monitor their implementation.
Qualifications:
IT training (EFZ) or equivalent professional experience in IT operations, preferably as a system engineer or administrator.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as M365, Azure, Windows Server, Intune, Teams as well as virtualisation with VMware or Hyper-V.
Category B driving licence, very good German and solid English skills, both spoken and written.
