Our client is seeking a Project Manager for Fit-Out to lead renovation, extension, and commercial space fit-out projects. You will be responsible for the complete management of projects, from architectural design to final delivery, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control.

Our client is a leading company in Switzerland, recognised for the quality of its infrastructure and customer focus. As part of a renovation and expansion programme of its portfolio, our client is continuing its transformation.
Responsibilities
- Manage fit-out and construction projects for commercial spaces, from design to final accounting.
- Analyse stakeholder needs and translate them into effective fit-out concepts.
- Develop and coordinate architectural plans for sales areas and back-office zones.
- Ensure architectural coherence and compliance with applicable standards, norms, and regulations.
- Establish budgets, optimise costs, and monitor the financial progress of projects.
- Supervise orders for fittings, furniture, and professional equipment.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor works in collaboration with technical teams and external partners.
- Lead and participate in site meetings to ensure quality, deadline, and budget objectives are met.
- Receive works, manage defects, and follow up on any necessary corrections.
- Check invoices, manage final accounts, and ensure proper administrative closure of projects.
- Ensure the transmission and archiving of technical documentation of the completed works.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in architecture, interior architecture, or space design.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fitting out commercial premises or sales areas.
- Strong experience in full project management of fit-out and finishing works.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD and ArchiCAD tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling is appreciated.
- Excellent skills in planning, budget management, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of professional equipment, furniture, and fit-out solutions.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomous, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented personality.
- Team spirit, pragmatism, sense of responsibility, and strong customer orientation.
- Fluent French, basic knowledge of German and/or English appreciated.
