Building Services Planner Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 100,000Our ROCKEN partner is a nationally operating engineering company with a focus on
energy systems and building infrastructure planning. As a general planner,
you are able to plan and realise the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation, electrical, MSRL
integrally.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and design of heating systems for new build and renovation projects.
- Creation of CAD plans and schematic representations.
- Support of project management in technical implementation.
- Dimensioning of system components and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Close collaboration with clients, architects and other specialist planners.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a Building Services Planner Heating or comparable qualification.
- Good knowledge of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit or Plancal).
- Technical understanding and enthusiasm for implementing demanding projects.
- Teamwork skills, initiative and a careful working style.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
