System Engineer & Solutions Consultant (m/f/d)

Technology that works: You ensure that customer infrastructures run reliably and are ready for the next development steps.
Varied topics: Servers, cloud, automation, telephony, security, and Microsoft technologies are part of your technical daily routine.
Close to the customer: You do not work in the background but bring your expertise directly to the customer and develop suitable solutions together.
SME with a can-do mentality: Initiative, short communication paths, and solution-oriented work are central.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Operations: Operation, monitoring, and further development of customer infrastructures
Microsoft: Windows Server and Microsoft 365
Cloud: Participation in server and cloud migrations
Automation: Automation and optimisation of platforms and processes
Communication: Participation in projects around telephony systems and UCC solutions
Security: Consideration of IT security in operation, further development, and solution design
Solutions Engineering: Design and implementation of technical customer solutions
Support: Direct end-customer support and sustainable troubleshooting
Qualifications:
Education: You have an IT apprenticeship EFZ and further training as a technician HF in computer science or a comparable qualification.
Systems: You have solid knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
Networking: You are familiar with network technology and have a good understanding of IT security.
UCC: Ideally, you have experience with Wildix or comparable UCC solutions.
Connections: You recognise dependencies in complex IT systems and think beyond the individual component when making technical changes.
Customers: You enjoy direct customer contact and can communicate technical topics clearly.
Working style: You work independently, reliably, structured, and team-oriented.
Mindset: You think in solutions, take initiative, and want to make a real difference in an SME environment.
Languages
German: You speak at native level.
English: You have good knowledge.
French: Ideally, you have basic knowledge.
