First-level support for employees with IT issues, questions or change requests via phone, email or the ticket system
1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software
Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers and peripherals
User and rights management to ensure efficiency and security
Documentation of support cases and solutions for knowledge preservation
Participation in IT projects as well as optimisation of existing systems
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and relevant professional experience
Practical knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and common workplace tools
Sound knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) as well as office applications
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
