Head of Production Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with an international focus. The emphasis is on modern technologies, high quality standards, and the continuous development of products and processes.
Role:
As team leader of production planning, you actively shape production scheduling, lead a small team, and drive the optimisation and digitalisation of internal processes.
Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel leadership of a three-person planning team and promote its development.
You ensure demand-oriented production planning and guarantee timely availability of goods.
You identify optimisation opportunities in production and develop appropriate measures to improve costs and throughput times.
You actively contribute to the further development of internal processes and digital systems.
You analyse operational key figures and improve collaboration between different departments.
Qualifications:
You have a technical education with relevant further training as well as experience in production planning and several years of leadership experience.
You are familiar with SAP and modern analysis and IT applications.
You communicate confidently in German and can make yourself understood in English.
