Accounting Specialist - Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Accounting for individual operations (general ledger, accounts receivable)
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER, including reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement
- Professional contact person for team leaders of operations, colleagues in finance and accounting, as well as managing directors of the operations.
- Deputising for the team leader in operational and personnel team management
- Versatile project tasks, especially developing, optimising processes and work tools, documenting, expanding, and applying the existing internal control system (ICS)
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training as well as specialised further education in finance and accounting (professional certificate in finance and accounting or equivalent)
- Several years of practical experience in finance and accounting
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Good SAP knowledge (FI-CO module) and proficient in the use of Excel
- Your mother tongue is German and you have good knowledge of French
- Your working style is solution- and process-oriented, proactive, and dynamic
