Tasks
Effectively combat illegal employment: Within an existing team, you take on the responsibility of an illegal employment inspector and are responsible for enforcing the federal law to combat illegal employment.
Conduct inspections and evaluate results: You carry out inspections at workplaces and businesses, evaluate the results obtained and perform all related administrative and organisational tasks.
Conduct official work and investigations: You write inspection reports and orders and conduct interviews. In this role, you work closely with various social partners, the Migration Office, the Border Guard Corps, the police and other authorities.
Profile
Experience: You have experience with complex matters and can keep pace with an agile environment at all times. Additionally, you are willing to conduct inspections during off-hours and at night.
Personality: You are a resilient individual with empathy and assertiveness, have an impeccable reputation and know how to use your communication skills effectively even in challenging interpersonal situations.
Education: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ level) or a comparable qualification in a related professional field to be able to manage case files independently.
Language: Knowledge of foreign languages is a clear advantage for this inspection activity.
