Technology, cloud, and physical security come together directly in this versatile position. We are looking for a practical ICT specialist who understands complex systems, configures them independently, and competently supports customers and partners with technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
Technical support and problem-solving in 2nd-level support for specialist and system partners
Analysis of complex application and infrastructure issues including structured troubleshooting
Administration and monitoring of cloud-based access and security platforms
Ensuring a stable, available, and reliably connected system landscape
Setup, configuration, and lifecycle management of new instances within the cloud platform
Execution of commissioning, system tests, and technical acceptance
Planning and performing maintenance, service, and installation work remotely and on-site
Configuration and integration of server, network, and security components
Support of Linux-based systems and containerised applications
Assistance in the further development of modern cloud and container infrastructures
Technical collaboration in customer and integration projects
Building test and training environments for new access solutions
Creation of technical documentation, installation instructions, and training materials
Coordination of technical requirements with internal teams, system partners, and customers
Preparation of technical offers and order documents
Support in optimising service processes and technical standards
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in computer science, systems engineering, or a comparable field
Enjoyment of independently configuring and commissioning technical systems
Experience in 2nd-level support or system administration
Good knowledge of Linux and modern server environments
Experience with container technologies and cloud-based platforms
Solid understanding of server, network, and infrastructure technologies
Experience with security-critical or technically complex products is an advantage
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of technical consulting
Communication skills, negotiation ability, and solution-oriented approach
Independent and structured working style
High reliability and enjoyment of varied technical tasks
