About the job

We are dedicated to realising our own development projects in close collaboration with our existing management team. Our long-standing expertise in real estate development, transactions, and investments places us in the ideal position to revolutionise the construction industry.
Our primary goal is to ensure the development and implementation of high-quality, demanding, and architecturally outstanding projects within our general contractor/total contractor environment. Our compact, highly competent team, characterised by an inspiring start-up spirit and a long history of success, forms the solid foundation for achieving our ambitious goals.
Join a young, dynamic, and ambitious team that is eager and wants to offer real added value to the construction industry. And no, we are not a stuffy development company – a fun working environment is as much part of our DNA as our drive for success.
Become part of our success story! We look forward to your application.
Your Working Environment
As a Senior Architect in project and real estate development, you take on a key role in the development and realisation of demanding real estate projects. You think about projects not only architecturally but holistically – from the perspective of the client, economic viability, and long-term value creation.
Together with management, you develop project strategies, assess investment potentials, identify opportunities and risks early, and lead projects from the initial idea through feasibility studies and planning to successful realisation. In doing so, you act as a sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders and make well-founded decisions with regard to quality, costs, deadlines, and sustainability.
You work consciously hands-on and are not afraid to develop concepts yourself, review plans, or work out solutions. At the same time, you lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams of architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and external partners, ensuring that projects are implemented efficiently, economically, and with the highest quality standards.
We are not looking for someone who only accompanies individual SIA phases or exclusively designs. We seek an entrepreneurial-minded personality who takes responsibility, actively drives projects forward, and helps shape the future of our company together with us.
Your Role
Preparation of feasibility and potential studies for new build, conversion, and repurposing projects including site and market analysis.
Development and support of projects from the first draft through approval and execution planning to construction release and handover.
Active participation and leadership in design, concept development, execution planning, and realisation (including drawing/modelling or visualising).
Collaboration with project management, specialist planners, 3D artists, interdisciplinary teams, and external experts.
Support in acquisition, portfolio due diligence as well as cost, feasibility, and value analyses.
You assess projects not only architecturally but also in terms of economic viability, risk, and feasibility.
Preparation of investment recommendations for the investment committee and participation in object and investment strategies.
Contact person for authorities, owners, developers, sellers, and lawyers – with confident demeanour.
Development of object strategies, renovation concepts, investment scenarios as well as conducting preliminary examinations of construction projects.
Monitoring and controlling costs, deadlines, and quality during the implementation phase, including reporting to project management and executive board.
Your Qualifications
Completed education in construction or real estate (Architect FH/ETH, real estate trustee with construction background) or comparable qualification – ideally with additional training in project management / real estate development.
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably with proven experience in Switzerland and throughout the planning and execution process.
Sound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market – including building regulations, standards, procedures (permits, construction and environmental law), and cost structures.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional national languages (French, Italian) or English are an advantage.
Entrepreneurial thinking with a good understanding of economic viability, investments, and returns. You assess projects not only architecturally but always also from the client’s perspective.
Experience in client representation or a comparable role with overall responsibility for demanding real estate projects.
High quality standards as well as a precise, structured, and careful working style. You recognise errors early, work with attention to detail, and despite a high-level overview, never lose sight of feasibility.
You are decisive, prioritise pragmatically, and take responsibility even in complex matters.
Proficient in common IT systems (MacOS, ArchiCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Creative Suite) and hands-on in creating plans, visualisations, or models.
Analytical, networked thinking as well as a solution-oriented, structured working method – ability to recognise overarching contexts and act pragmatically.
High personal responsibility, assertiveness, and communication skills as well as team and leadership abilities.
Very good network within the Swiss planning, architecture, and real estate sector is an advantage.
Your Benefits
Challenging, versatile projects with high personal responsibility
Dynamic, innovation-friendly environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
Attractive remuneration and benefits packages that reward performance and commitment
Clear development prospects (towards overall project management, client representation, or executive management)
Promotion of further education and professional qualifications
Modern work equipment and technology-oriented processes
