Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced and reliable individual as a Payroll Specialist for a well-established corporate group in the service and real estate sector.
Our client is a professionally organised corporate group with several companies and correspondingly diverse HR and payroll processes. To strengthen the HR/payroll area, we are seeking a specialist who independently ensures the monthly payroll processing and manages payroll-relevant processes in the Abacus environment.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing with Abacus
Processing of entries, exits, changes, and variable salary components
Responsibility for AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG, EO, and withholding tax settlements
Handling of accident, illness, maternity, and other social insurance cases
Maintenance and control of personnel and salary data in the Abacus system
Advising employees and managers on payroll and social insurance law matters
Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of payroll processes
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training EFZ with further training as Payroll Specialist, HR specialist with a federal certificate of competence, or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in payroll in Switzerland
Sound knowledge of Swiss salary, labour, and social insurance law
Very good Abacus skills and confident use of MS Excel
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
