Specialised Case Manager (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a

with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in handling complex individual cases.

Within a demanding and regulated environment, you will be responsible for the instruction, analysis and monitoring of cases requiring thorough examination of administrative, financial and personal aspects.

Your responsibilities

• Analyse and assess individual situations requiring rigorous evaluation of facts;
• Examine and interpret various documents and supporting evidence to determine the relevant rights or benefits;
• Check the compliance of the information provided and identify elements requiring further verification;
• Conduct interviews with users to gather the information necessary for a proper understanding of their situation;
• Research, cross-check and synthesise information useful for case processing;
• Apply the legal bases, guidelines and procedures in force;
• Issue preliminary opinions, draft reports, letters, notes and other administrative documents;
• Participate in handling objections and ensure the administrative follow-up of decisions made;
• Ensure case processing complies with quality, fairness and confidentiality requirements.

Your profile

• Proven experience in managing and processing complex cases;
• Federal Certificate in Social Insurance is an asset;
• Experience within social insurance, social assistance, public administration or a similar field required;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and judgement skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to conduct interviews with people from diverse backgrounds;
• Ability to work independently, methodically and in an organised manner;
• Very good writing skills in French;
• Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system required.
