Role:
Do you want to apply your organisational skills in international transport? As a specialist for import processing, you manage cross-border deliveries, maintain direct customer contact and ensure a reliable workflow in day-to-day business.
Responsibilities:
You handle the processing of cross-border goods receipts and organise the associated transport orders.
You coordinate goods collection with international business partners and the responsible internal departments.
You keep an eye on agreed delivery and collection dates and ensure timely coordination.
You check the required customs documents and ensure their complete and correct issuance.
You handle customer concerns in international transport business and ensure professional communication with all parties involved.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and ideally bring experience from the forwarding industry.
You are familiar with international transport processes and have already gained knowledge in customs.
You communicate in German and English and appreciate exchanging with people from different countries.
You convince through personal responsibility, service orientation and strong organisational talent.
You possess communication skills, work purposefully and keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
