Job Description

As ICUS, you play a key role in organising and managing care activities within the rehabilitation clinic.

In this capacity, you:

• Actively participate in managing the nursing team (planning, supervision, support of staff, priority management).
• Ensure the smoothness, quality and reliability of information transmitted within the establishment and between the various actors involved in patient care.
• Guarantee the efficiency of patient care by ensuring optimal organisation of resources and appropriate distribution of workload.
• Ensure the quality and safety of care, in compliance with standards, protocols and institutional requirements.
• Contribute to the development, optimisation and harmonisation of care processes.
• Participate in the implementation, evaluation and monitoring of rehabilitation protocols, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support teams on the ground and intervene in complex situations.
• Foster a positive working atmosphere and a constructive team dynamic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation
• Proven experience in team management
• Management training (or ongoing) is an asset
• Good understanding of organisational and financial issues in the healthcare sector
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to make decisions, manage priorities and handle complex situations
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
