Qualified medical assistant / medical secretary (m/f/d) - 80 to 100%

We are looking for a qualified medical assistant at 80-100% (rate negotiable), or an experienced medical secretary trained in TARDOC and Mediway, to join our medical team.

You will join a dynamic practice and an already established team of two medical assistants, in a professional and friendly environment.

Your working days

Monday to Friday, with a workload of 80 to 100% depending on availability and preference.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Welcoming and supporting patients
• Administrative management of the practice using Mediway
• Billing according to TARDOC
• Laboratory activities
• Blood sampling
• Setting up infusions
• Radiology
• Routine management and smooth running of the practice

Profile

We are looking for a person who:

• Holds a medical assistant CFC or equivalent training
• Or a medical secretary with solid experience and a good command of TARDOC and Mediway
• Is comfortable with the various activities of a medical practice
• Is autonomous, organised, reliable and versatile
• Has an excellent sense of hospitality and patient contact
• Is able to work effectively in a team
• Has a good command of English, essential for the position

The extended radiology certificate is an advantage.
