About the job
The Lausanne out-of-school care sector has been constantly developing for several years. The new Lausanne out-of-school care concept brings new challenges and objectives within the structures. New services (holidays, supervised homework), new age groups (1st-2nd grade) and new missions (inclusion, neighbourhood) are among the main development axes for the coming years. The out-of-school care sector is committed to developing quality services focused on the neighbourhood and to offering solidarity-based and participatory educational projects.
To strengthen team supervision and support the director in their responsibilities, we are advertising a 50% deputy director position for the APEMS de Belvédère.
Located in the Beaulieu/Prélaz area, south-west of the city of Lausanne, this sector includes 10 out-of-school care structures and concerns more than a thousand families.
In close collaboration with the director, the deputy director contributes to the smooth running of the structure, supports the team and implements the orientations of the out-of-school care sector. Through their presence with professionals, ability to unite, and perspective on practices, the post holder actively helps ensure a quality, safe and inclusive welcome for children.
This position thus offers the opportunity to take a concrete part in the evolution of Lausanne out-of-school care, to contribute to meaningful projects and to participate in the development of a structure open to its neighbourhood and partners.
At the City of Lausanne, your commitment matters. You contribute every day to the well-being and dynamism of our community.
