Our Rocken partner is a Switzerland-wide consulting company with a versatile service portfolio. The company supports clients from various industries with solutions in fiduciary services, auditing, management consulting, tax and legal advice, as well as comprehensive IT solutions. For the internal finance department, a committed individual is sought who will take responsibility in accounting and actively contribute to the further development of (digital) processes.

Role:

You know the challenges of finance and accounting and want to combine your expertise with modern business software? You enjoy interacting with people, recognise optimisation opportunities, and want to accompany projects from requirements gathering to the finished solution? Then a varied role awaits you, in which you support municipalities and cities in digitalising their financial processes and act as a competent contact person for technical and professional questions.

Responsibilities:

• Digitally further develop financial processes: You analyse workflows in public administrations, clarify professional needs, and develop concepts for appropriate implementation in Abacus.

• Independently manage client mandates: You assist your contacts with questions about the financial software, handle support requests, and help optimise their applications.

• Take on project responsibility: You plan and manage client assignments and subprojects, ensuring that requirements, deadlines, and implementation steps are coordinated.

• Convey knowledge clearly: You organise and lead user training sessions, conduct software presentations, and help users to fully exploit the application’s capabilities.

• Implement solutions collaboratively: You document requirements, coordinate necessary work, and collaborate with various specialists to successfully realise projects.

Qualifications:

• You have a commercial education and ideally further training in business administration or business informatics. Comparable qualifications are also welcome.

• You are familiar with finance and accounting and ideally have already gained insight into the workflows of public administrations.

• You bring solid experience with Abacus or comparable financial applications and can translate professional requirements into concrete software solutions.

• You approach tasks analytically and systematically, work carefully, and thanks to your quick comprehension, keep an overview even with more complex issues.

• You present yourself openly and friendly, communicate clearly, and value collaboration with clients and within the team. A process-oriented mindset and willingness to take responsibility characterise you.

Your perspective: You will develop professionally at the interface between public finance and digitalisation. You can apply your knowledge in various client projects, strengthen your consulting skills, and increasingly take on responsibility in project management.
