IT System Engineer / Customer Project Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to implement demanding IT projects and realise modern infrastructures for various SME customers? In this role, you combine technical know-how with direct customer contact and accompany IT solutions from planning to operation.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of ICT projects in the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment
Development and further advancement of cloud, on-premises and hybrid infrastructures
Introduction and operation of Microsoft Teams telephony
Configuration and support of networks, switches, WLAN and firewalls
Analysis of technical customer requirements and development of suitable solutions
Technical support at 2nd and 3rd level
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a system engineer or similar
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange, Teams and SharePoint
Experience with Azure, networking and Azure Virtual Desktop
Good knowledge of routing, VPN, WLAN and firewalls
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of customer contact and responsible project work
Fluent in German
