As an IT Business Analyst - Treasury Management, you will act as the technical and functional bridge between Global Treasury operations and IT teams, supporting systems, processes, and stakeholders across international offices.
Based in Switzerland, this role contributes to both operational excellence and strategic development of treasury-related IT services globally.

Description
Provide technical and functional support for treasury systems, including configuration and access control.
Monitor and manage treasury-related interfaces (e.g., ERP systems, bank file repositories, TMS platforms, etc.).
Oversee a SQL-based dispatch system for treasury file routing (e.g., MT940, MT101).
Administer connectivity solutions to the SWIFT network.
Act as primary technical point of contact for the TMS vendor.
Support finance-related operations in ERP systems, particularly for Swiss-based financial activities.
Coordinate with global IT colleagues to ensure service quality and business continuity.
Ensure compliance with IT governance processes (e.g., change management, cybersecurity, testing, documentation, ticketing via ITSM tools).
Participate in system and application upgrades, deployments, and audits.
Collaborate with business users to gather and evaluate system requirements.
Train and support internal teams on treasury-related systems and tools.
Assist in infrastructure and security best practices across connected platforms.
Manage vendors, SLAs, and service performance metrics.
Drive improvements in automation, system integration, and operational resilience.
Support project delivery and continuous improvement of treasury IT services.
Profile
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid background in treasury operations and TMS platforms (e.g. Kyriba, FIS Integrity, or similar).
- Experience with FX trading platforms and banking file formats.
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems.
- Comfortable with SQL, data flows, and basic scripting for automation or troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SWIFT connectivity, file transfers, and global bank interfaces.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure basics (networking, user access, Windows servers, VPNs).
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
- Good grasp of ITIL processes, change management, and audit readiness.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and IT teams.
- Experience in multicultural, international work environments is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant business/technical field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Able to manage external vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
- Experience working across time zones and with globally distributed teams.
