Mechanic for Commercial Vehicles - Temporary Assistant (80% to 100%)

The City Purchasing and Logistics Service (SALV) has a modern logistics centre and ensures the supply, stock management and distribution of equipment for the entire municipal administration. Maintenance of the majority of the City’s vehicle fleet is also part of the service’s duties.

Duration

Temporary assistant contract for a duration of 6 months

Main Mission(s)

Ensure the fitting of tyres on light and heavy commercial vehicles

Check the condition of light commercial vehicles and carry out their maintenance

Carry out necessary repairs and inspections of light commercial vehicles

Perform breakdown services on the city network

Profile

Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as mechanic, repair technician or Federal VET Certificate (AFP) as light or heavy vehicle maintenance assistant, or equivalent training

Ability to work independently, responsibly and in an organised manner

Good physical stamina

Special Conditions

Driving licence (category B)

Clean criminal record
