Responsibilities:
Processing incoming orders and preparing the corresponding sales documents.
Coordinating shipping arrangements with freight carriers and parcel services.
Providing telephone information on orders and delivery status.
Maintaining customer and product information in the company systems.
Calculating and obtaining transport costs as well as conducting price enquiries.
Preparing customs documents, delivery notes and other shipping proofs.
Administrative support of the sales team in customer service.
Checking completed deliveries and managing electronic documentation.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
Experience in internal sales or logistics administration.
Understanding of international goods deliveries and transport processes.
Good user knowledge of common Office programmes.
Experience with ERP and CRM applications; SAP Business One is an advantage.
Customer-friendly manner and confident telephone communication.
Reliable, resilient and independent personality with negotiation skills.
Fluent German and good oral and written French skills.
