Sales Support Clerk with Export 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are responsible for the complete order processing of our customers in Switzerland and abroad, including availability checks and communication of delivery dates to our customers

• Independently preparing sales quotations as well as maintaining the CRM system are also part of your duties, as well as scheduling and coordinating orders with operations and logistics

• You maintain and develop customer relationships and assist with questions and concerns.

• You support our field sales team and are simultaneously the first point of contact for customers & visitors at our location as well as by phone

• Organising transport with our logistics partners (freight forwarders and courier services) as well as preparing export documents (E-DEC, EUR1 export declarations, certificates of origin) is also your responsibility

• You work closely with our international distributor network & our customers

What do I need to be successful?

• A commercial or technical basic education (or equivalent) is a must

• You already have experience in sales support and enjoy customer contact

• You have already completed or wish to complete training as an export clerk (or equivalent)

• You enjoy working in a team and have a strong service orientation

• You are an organisational talent and have an independent and efficient working style

• Good language skills in German and French are a must, English is an advantage
