The Personnel Service Centre supports around 1,600 employees with and without disability pensions through the areas of support, payroll, and development, and promotes an innovative, mindful approach to people and the entire corporate culture.
Your Role
In this varied role, you are the central contact person for managers and employees with a disability pension on all personnel matters. You accompany the entire employee life cycle and assist in challenging situations in close collaboration with social workers. You manage the application process and ensure professional HR administration. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the further development and digitalisation of processes within your area of responsibility and help shape the future. With your commitment, you significantly contribute to successfully facilitating the professional participation of people with a disability pension.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in human resources (HR specialist certificate or comparable qualification)
- Professional experience in a generalist HR role (experience in the disability sector is an advantage)
- Strong advisory skills with a convincing and engaging manner
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Organisational talent and a networked way of thinking
- Assertiveness combined with empathy and appreciative communication
- Resilience and confident handling of demanding situations
- Good IT user skills and interest in digital solutions
- Enjoyment in working with people with diverse needs and life situations
