Linux System Engineer (m/f/d)

Administration and continuous development of sophisticated Linux server environments including provisioning, configuration, and upgrades
Implementation of complex changes as well as analysis and resolution of technical faults during ongoing operations
Development and optimisation of automation solutions to standardise and increase the efficiency of system operations
Participation in agile project teams as well as technical collaboration with manufacturers and software partners
Creation and maintenance of system documentation, operational processes, and technical architecture documents
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science as well as several years of experience as a Linux System Engineer
Solid knowledge of Linux, ideally with Red Hat and/or SUSE
Very good experience with Ansible, Puppet or SaltStack as well as development and optimisation of automations
Knowledge of Bash, Python, Terraform, Docker, NFS, LDAP, OpenSearch, MariaDB/PostgreSQL or KVM is an advantage
Very good German and good English skills as well as a strong willingness for continuous further training
