What you will achieve
- Contact person for managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Responsible for recruitment
- Supervising and coordinating vocational training
- Participating in the planning and implementation of employee appraisals
- Supporting personnel administration and payroll processing
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further training as an HR specialist or comparable qualification, complemented by several years of professional experience
- Very good IT skills
- An independent, organised and solution-oriented doer personality completes your profile
