Stable infrastructure is not created by standard solutions but by people who understand technical contexts and continuously improve systems. We are looking for an IT specialist who takes responsibility for modern Microsoft environments and combines classic system administration with cloud, security, and automation.
Responsibilities:
Technical responsibility for a versatile Microsoft system landscape
Further development of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures
Administration and optimisation of central IT services
Support of Microsoft 365 and Azure-based services
Management of identities, access rights, and end devices
Automation of processes and administration with PowerShell
Design and implementation of technical improvements
Support of migrations and infrastructure projects
Identification of weaknesses and implementation of sustainable optimisations
Support with security, backup, and business continuity topics
Technical documentation and further development of standards
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in Microsoft system administration or system engineering
Confident handling of Windows Server technologies
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideally Azure
Understanding of networks, virtualisation, and IT security
Experience with PowerShell or interest in consistent automation
Enjoyment of complex technical issues
Initiative, structured working style, and high quality standards
Willingness to critically question existing solutions and develop them technologically
