Your responsibilities

- Design and develop new movements, conventional or with complications, respecting quality standards and established guidelines.
- Adapt and improve existing functions to meet new market expectations.
- Structure and document study files precisely and clearly.
- Actively contribute to technical choices throughout development.
- Work closely with laboratory, logistics, and production teams to ensure the fine-tuning and validation of new products.

Your profile

- Holder of a Mechanical Engineering degree, specialised in watchmaking construction.
- Proven experience in watch movement construction.
- Proactive and open-minded, enabling you to evolve and improve practices.
- Communicative and collaborative, you enjoy teamwork.
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, proficient in CAD tools (ideally Creo, SolidWorks or Catia V5).
- Mastery of numerical simulation tools (ANSYS/TellWatch) is an asset.
