Property Accountant Condominium Ownership 40 - 80% (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a company established for over 60 years in the management of rental properties and condominium ownership located in Regensdorf, we are immediately seeking an experienced professional for property accounting. You will manage the accounts of the condominium owners' associations within the team and work closely with the property management teams. In a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies, you will take on a varied and demanding role.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilitiesYou manage the accounts of the condominium owners' associations within the team
You prepare financial statements in the area of condominium ownership
You monitor budget payments and manage dunning processes
You maintain contact with owners and auditors in the accounting area
You support rental property accounting (heating and ancillary costs, etc.)
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training, ideally with further education in property accounting or property management
You have several years of professional experience in property accounting/management
You possess good MS Office skills; knowledge of AbaImmo is an advantage
You have very good German language skills
You work independently, in a structured and precise manner and are a reliable, diligent and solution-oriented person who enjoys working in a small, committed team
