Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an established Swiss company with many years of experience in the development and marketing of high-quality consumer goods. A strong brand identity, high product quality and continuous development of the range characterise the company. Employees can expect a dynamic environment with interfaces to purchasing, sales and international partners.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate export orders from recording to shipping processing.
You prepare and check the required customs and shipping documents.
You support international customers by phone and handle enquiries about orders and deliveries.
You enter offers and orders in the ERP system and keep the data up to date.
You organise import deliveries in coordination with the responsible internal and external parties.
You check consignment stocks and VMI warehouses at major customers and evaluate the movements.
You maintain product information for webshops, test functions and create operational evaluations.
In internal sales, you support the field sales team, coordinate sales documents and represent team colleagues.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in export processing and international goods traffic is an advantage.
You are familiar with the processes in internal sales and customer service.
You are confident in using ERP systems and common MS Office applications.
You are ideally familiar with customs formalities and international shipping processes.
You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner.
You keep an overview and set priorities even with a high workload.
Very good German and good English/French skills.
