Real Estate Accounting Clerk 80-100% - Numbers Under Control. Real Estate in Focus.
Your Tasks- Independent management of property accounting for rental properties and condominium owner associations
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
- Posting of ongoing payment transactions and account reconciliation
- Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Support with general accounting and administrative tasks in the real estate sector
- Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in finance or real estate
- Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting
- Experience in independently preparing annual financial statements
- Good user knowledge of Rimo 5
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- High affinity for numbers as well as a strong sense of responsibility
- Discreet, reliable and team-oriented personality
- A varied and responsible role with a lot of personal responsibility
