Clerk Sales Internal Service & Export 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Responsibilities:
Process customer orders from entry to invoicing
Create quotations, order confirmations and shipping documents in the ERP system
Administratively support repair cases and prepare cost accounting
Coordinate deliveries domestically and abroad and monitor deadlines
Prepare customs documents and other paperwork for export
Record supplier invoices and support accounts payable
Ensure telephone, mail intake and general office organisation
Support management and sales with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in order processing, internal sales or export
Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP
Good user knowledge of MS Office
Practical knowledge in export business with capital goods
Independent and structured working style with high accuracy
Reliable personality with strong organisational skills
Very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage
