Our client is seeking a Facility Management Specialist responsible for coordinating and monitoring projects related to buildings, workspaces, and technical infrastructures. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers, you will help ensure the quality, performance, and continuous improvement of the facilities.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects related to infrastructures and buildings.
- Ensure the follow-up of schedules, deliverables, and project progress indicators.
- Coordinate communications with internal teams, suppliers, service providers, and specialised companies.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, specifications, reports, and project files.
- Contribute to the analysis of bids and the identification of providers suited to project needs.
- Support projects related to electrical installations, HVAC systems, office layouts, and technical equipment.
- Conduct regular building inspections and ensure follow-up on necessary corrective actions.
- Control the quality and compliance of services performed by subcontractors.
- Participate in the organisation of major events as well as office refurbishment and relocation projects.
- Ensure the monitoring of inventories, equipment, and assets related to the facilities.
- Support technical purchasing activities, supplier consultations, and delivery tracking.
- Contribute to the evaluation of provider performance and the continuous improvement of services.
Candidate Profile
- Technical or higher education in Facility Management, building, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing projects related to buildings and infrastructures.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance operations and technical management.
- Experience in managing and monitoring external service providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to analyse technical documents, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong solution-oriented approach and initiative-taking ability.
- Excellent service and communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and rigour in task execution.
- Experience with CAD tools such as Archicad is an advantage.
